Research Assistant Professor (pending)

Education
2000-03 Poct-doctoral, Human Genetics, University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA
2001 Ph.D., Epidemiology, Emory University, Atlanta, GA

Research Interests

Genetic epidemiology of complex traits using both linkage, association, and other statisical methods. Dr. T.Cuenco has been using both statistical genetics and epidemiologic methods to assess the role of genetics in disease.  Her past research has included the genetics of infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, and psychiatric traits.  She is currently involved in genetic studies of Alzheimer's disease and lymphatic filariasis.
